How Our Fellows See Themselves vs. How Co-Fellows See Each Other.
The results, though not surprising, are still shocking. ...

We at UAT are not sure how we feel about being so old that our fellows have Throwback Day for Homecoming Week and the theme is the 90s (actually, we do know how we feel: old). But we love our Fellows and their creativity. They nailed it.
It was wonderful to visit our former UAT mentor and fellow-of-the-year, Maria Acevedo, at the University of Pennsylvania this past Friday. Five weeks into her freshman year studying advanced mathematics, she continues to embody purpose, poise, and passion.
And YOU get a cake pop and YOU get a cake pop. It’s Cake Pop Friday! That’s a thing, right? Celebrating our #UA3 Fellows, W/The House of Ono

Richard Lau, an accomplished concert pianist turned entrepreneur, joined the fellows from his home in Hong Kong to discuss the invention of adolescence, the challenges of being a teenager, and when we would do best to listen to our parents and elders and heed their guidance and when it's incumbent upon us to blaze our own trails and define our own destinies...and how the heck we can tell the difference.
A story of change, persistence, honesty, and endurance...we are thankful for Richard's tremendous impact on our fellows as they move into the next phase of their lives.
